Product Delivery Time

If the product is in stock, it will be shipped within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

However, it may take longer than usual to ship in the event of product shortages, a high volume of orders, or production/logistics problems due to disasters.

 

Returning or exchanging products for customer reasons

Please contact us within 8 days of receiving the product and return the product to the specified address with prepaid shipping charges. (Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.)

However, we will not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases

  1. Products that have been used even once (including when the power is turned on)

  2. Products that are clearly marked as non-returnable (except for initial defects)

  3. Other items as specified by the Company.

 

Product Returns and Exchanges

If the product you receive is defective in any way, including initial defects or damage during shipping, please contact our support desk within 8 days of receiving the product. Please return the product to our designated location within two weeks after contacting us (shipping costs will be borne by us). We will exchange the product for a new one. However, if it is difficult to replace the product with an alternative product, we will cancel the sales contract with the customer and refund the product price instead of replacing the product with a good one (no administrative fees or other costs will be incurred by the customer).

Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons of the customer's convenience, such as purchasing or reserving the wrong product, or no longer needing the product after purchase or reservation.
